My name is Cecilie Bresson and I am a Danish, vegan food blogger. I am in my 20s and I live in Copenhagen, Denmark.

I am bat shit passionate about cooking and living a healthy and wholesome life. I wish to inspire plant based eating through easy and delicious recipes.

I make easy, healthy and budget-friendly vegan recipes which are mostly oil, gluten and refined sugar free.

  • I recently brought these wheatgrass and barleygrass sprout seeds 🌱 I never been able to find fresh wheatgrass or barleygrass in stores but I really want to try and juice it as I've heard (well, mostly read 🀣) about all the healthy stuff that these grassy juices contains πŸ˜‰πŸŒΏ So what do you do when you can't find fresh wheat/barleygrass..? Well you just grow it yourself 🌳 Excited to see if I can make it grow (let it grooow, let it grooow, can't hold it back anymore β„οΈπŸ˜…) It's most definitely also cheaper to grow it yourself than to buy it πŸ€‘β™»οΈ These organic seeds were quite cheap. 
Anyone who have succeeded in growing their own wheatgrass who has some tips or tricks? 🌿🌱
  • PEANUTBUTTER NICECREAM 🍨πŸ₯œ It's starting to get real cold outside so I thought I better get my nicecream game on before winter really sets in β„οΈπŸŒ¨οΈ This bowl of nicecream was made with 2-3 frozen bananas, 1 heaping tbsp of peanutbutter, half a scoop of vanilla protein powder from @thirdwavenutrition and a splash of oat milk. I then topped it with chopped walnuts, dark chocolate, strawberries and hemp seeds πŸ«πŸ“

  • PLAYFUL POMEGRANATE JUICE 🍊❀️ Lately I've been enjoying making this delicious pomegranate juice πŸ₯° Pomegranate is bursting with antioxidants πŸ’£ I like making a larger batch so that I have juice for the next day as well ❀️ RECIPE:
- 2 pomegranates (peel cut of)
- 6 oranges (peel cut of)
- A large piece of ginger

  • I know I haven't been very active here and on my blog for a long time. Last friday I finished my master degree which was a great relief πŸ‘©β€πŸŽ“πŸŽ‰ I'm not gonna lie, the last few years have been quite challenging... and I've been having a lot of anxiety including panic/anxiety attacks which have been hard on my body and have left me completely exhausted πŸ€¦πŸ™β€β™€οΈπŸ§Ÿ But now that I'm done I'm ready to start taking better care of myself. I've started drinking fresh, homemade green juice almost daily and I want to make more time for meditation, yoga and exercise πŸ’†β€β™€οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ What do you do for selfcare? πŸ’†β€β™€οΈπŸ’š
