Craving something crunchy? These baked chickpeas will definitely do the trick! This crunchy snack is also great on top of soups and salads 🥣🥗
– 1 can chickpeas (approx. 240g/8.5oz drained)
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
– ½ tsp salt
Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
Pat them dry with a towel.
Add the chickpeas to a bowl and add the spices (garlic powder, smoked paprika and salt) and mix well.
Transfers the chickpeas to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake them in the oven at 200C (400F) preferably on the ovens convection setting (for my Danish followers: varmluft) for approx. 25-30 minutes.
Shake the chickpeas around at the halfway point so they cook more evenly.
Let them cool of on a cold baking tray or plate.
Enjoy a crunchy snack!
