Easy Peasy Parmesan

Quick and easy vegan parmesan cheese. Only 3 ingredients! It’s almost too easy to be true  

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
– 20g (0.7 oz) cashew nuts
– 20g (0.7 oz) nutritional yeast (choose a gluten free brand if desired)
– a pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all the ingredients to a blender or small food processor and blend it into a fine (parmesan looking) powder. (I told you it was easy  )

Use on top of pasta dishes, lasagna etc.
