RECIPE

makes 16 bites

INGREDIENTS:
– 8 fresh figs
– approx. 60g (2 oz) dark chocolate
– 3 tbsp shredded coconut
– 5 frozen raspberries (defrosted)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut the figs in half (top to bottom).

Add the shredded coconut to a small bowl and with your hands squeeze the raspberries over the bowl so that some raspberry juice falls into the bowl.

Mix the raspberry juice well with the shredded coconut so that the coconut becomes pink.

Melt the chocolate and dip the bottom half of the figs in the chocolate. Sprinkle with pink coconut.

Let the chocolate dry before serving.
