Fresh & Fruity Breakfast

Breakfast can be both quick, easy, healthy and super delicious. Case in point πŸ˜‰ This fresh and healthy breakfast bowl is the perfect morning meal 🍎🍐



1 serving

– 1-2 bananas
– 1 apple
– 1 pear
– 7-10 walnuts
– Β½ tsp cinnamon
– Oat milk (or other plant milk e.g. almond milk)

Slice the bananas and add the slices to a bowl.

Cut the apple and pear into bite size pieces (core removed #noshitsherlock) and add them to the bowl.

Chop the walnuts and add them to the bowl of fruit and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Pour oat milk on top (like you would cereal) and enjoy your super easy and healthy breakfast!
