Go Green Smoothie Bowl

Go green or go home! πŸ’šΒ Green smoothie bowl with mango and pineapple 🍍 A healthy and delicious way to start your day!Β 

 

RECIPE

makes 2 servings

INGREDIENTS:
– 2 bananas
– 1 super big handful spinach
– 150g (5.5 oz) frozen mango
– 150g (5.5 oz) frozen pineapple
– 2 dl (0.8 cup) water (or coconut water or plant milk)
– 1 tsp spirulina powder (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the water and spinach to a blender and blend it into a nice green liquid.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well.

Pour into a bowl and top with all your favorite toppings! I topped it with some stunning fall fruits; figs and plums as well as goji berries and hemp seeds.
