RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
– 150g (5 oz) frozen broccoli
– 150g (5 oz) pineapple (without peel and core)
– 1 big handful of spinach
– the juice of 1 lime
– 1 banana
– 2.5 dl (1 cup) water

INSTRUCTIONS:
Add water, lime juice and spinach to a blender and blend until you have a nice green liquid.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes until you have a nice green smoothie.
