Hokkaido Wedges

Hello pumpkin season! 


– 1 hokkaido pumpkin
– Juice from ½ a lemon
– 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
– 1-2 tbsp. sesame seeds
– A pinch of chili powder
– Salt + pepper

Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds and cut the pumpkin into wedges.

Put the wedges in a mixing bowl and add the juice of half a lemon, two cloves of garlic (minced), a pinch of chili powder, 1-2 tbsp. sesame seeds and salt and pepper and mix well.

Line a pan with parchment paper and lay the wedges onto it.

Bake them in the oven at 200C/400F for 20-25 minutes
