Lean & Green

The perfect green juice! Bursting with all things good and green! I’ve really been getting back into juicing lately and I love starting my day with this lean and green juice 

RECIPE

makes approx. 450 ml/15 oz

INGREDIENTS:
– 1 cucumber
– 1 apple
– 1/3 of a lemon (peel cut off)
– The stalk of a head of broccoli (#stopfoodwaste  😉 )
– 20g ginger (feel free to add more if you are crazy about ginger)
– 2 stalks of celery
– 3 stalks of kale

INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash all the produce and cut it to fit your juicer.

TIP: If you are using a high-speed juicer like me try adding all the pulp back into the juicer for one last squish
