Perfect Peanut Butter Cups

Oh Yes! Freaking delicious peanut butter cups and only three ingredients. Soooooo… what are you waiting for?

RECIPE

8-12 small cups

INGREDIENTS:
– 2 large tsp. peanut butter
– 3 tsp. maple syrup
– 100g dark chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt the chocolate and add a thin layer to the bottom of some small forms/molds/cups (I used mini muffin silicone molds). Leave them in the freezer for the chocolate to harden. Keep the rest of the chocolate warm (melted).

Add peanut butter and maple syrup to a small bowl and mix it well until it becomes a nice caramel-like consistency.

Take the molds out of the freezer and add some of the peanut-butter-caramel on top of the chocolate layer (try your best to make sure that the peanut-butter-caramel doesn’t touch the molds edges).

Pour melted chocolate into the molds until the peanut-butter-caramel is covered and the surface is even.

Let the chocolate harden – if you are way too eager to eat these yummy peanut butter cups then put them in the freezer where they will harden way FASTER!
