“If you like Piña Coladas…” 🎶 Then this Piña Colada smoothie bowl is for you! 🍍🥥
– Approx. ½ a pineapple (250g/9oz without peel and core)
– 1 dl (½ cup) coconut milk
– 2 frozen ripe bananas
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend well. You want the smoothie to be a bit thick so that you can eat it as a smoothie bowl, so depending on your blender you might need to help it along in the beginning.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add your toppings.
Suggested toppings: Small pieces of pineapple, toasted coconut flakes (if you only have untoasted, you can simply just toast them in the oven or on a dry pan), shredded coconut and hemp seeds.
