My name is Cecilie Bresson and I am a Danish, vegan food blogger. I am in my 20s and I live in Copenhagen, Denmark.

I am bat shit passionate about cooking and living a healthy and wholesome life. I wish to inspire plant based eating through easy and delicious recipes.

I make easy, healthy and budget-friendly vegan recipes which are mostly oil, gluten and refined sugar free.

  • GETTING BACK IN THE OATMEAL GAME! The last year or so my eatings habits haven't been the best - not that you should think of food as being "good" or "bad", some nourish the body other the soul (hello chocolate! 🍫) but I've not been feeling super great lately so it's time to take better care of myself "eating well is a form of self-respect" 💆‍♀️🌱 And oatmeal is delicious, filling and nourishing 🥣 I make my oatmeal with oats (douh!), cooked quinoa, chia seeds and oat milk and I've made sure to have a lot og different fruit and toppings in my kitchen to make my oatmeal even more enjoyable 😍 Todays toppings were apple, kiwi, walnuts and coconut sugar 🍎🥝
  • reklame | ACAI BOWL! 😍💜 I've been obsessed with acai bowls ever since I took a trip to Brazil 🇧🇷 And I've always wanted to make them at home but sadly frozen acai puré haven't been a available in Denmark (you could only get acai powder which doesn't taste the same...) UNTIL NOW 👏🥳💜 Thank you @acaicph for bringing frozen acai packs to Denmark! The whether is not the best so the picture doesn't really to the bowl justice 😉 but I made this delicious acai bowl today using a frozen banana, a acai pack, frozen strawberries and a splash of oat milk 💜🍓 Yummy!

  • This gotta be one of my favorite nicecream flavor combinations 🍨🍓🥜 Frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, peanutbutter, pink pitaya powder and vanilla protein powder 🍓
  • I recently brought these wheatgrass and barleygrass sprout seeds 🌱 I never been able to find fresh wheatgrass or barleygrass in stores but I really want to try and juice it as I've heard (well, mostly read 🤣) about all the healthy stuff that these grassy juices contains 😉🌿 So what do you do when you can't find fresh wheat/barleygrass..? Well you just grow it yourself 🌳 Excited to see if I can make it grow (let it grooow, let it grooow, can't hold it back anymore ❄️😅) It's most definitely also cheaper to grow it yourself than to buy it 🤑♻️ These organic seeds were quite cheap. Anyone who have succeeded in growing their own wheatgrass who has some tips or tricks? 🌿🌱
