Well, Hello to you!

My name is Cecilie Bresson and I am a Danish, vegan food blogger. I am in my 20s and I live in Copenhagen, Denmark.

I am bat shit passionate about cooking and living a healthy and wholesome life. I wish to inspire plant based eating through easy and delicious recipes.

I make easy, healthy and budget-friendly vegan recipes which are mostly oil, gluten and refined sugar free.

  • QUICK QUINOA SALAD 🥗 Summer isn't over yet... 😉☀️ Even though the wheather here is getting a bit more grey 🌧️ this salad can still bring a little summer to the plate ☀️ It's super quick and simple to make.   • GRAB AND GO! 🌱🚶‍♀️ I'm trying this new thing of buying healthy snacks which are easy to bring on the go like when going for a long walk, running errands, taking the train or working out 💪🛍️ Cause aparrently you can get hungry when you are out and about even if you left the house feeling full 😅😲 Shocker, I know!! 😆 Seeing as I almost ALWAYS get hungry when I'm out #hangrygirl it is crazy that it has taken me this long to start being prepared for it and just bring a freaking snack with me #preparetofailorfailtoprepare I feel like such a grown up 😂 #adulting Do you bring snacks with you on the go? 🚶‍♀️
  • GOT (PLANT) MILK? 🥛 I get an organic breakfast/topping subcription box every few months and this month there was a big bag of brazil nuts in the box 🇧🇷 I'm not good at eating a lot of them raw so I desided to make some brazil nut milk with them 🥛🌱 It turned out great and it gave my smoothie this morning a nice and sweet flavour 🌆 RECIPE: - 130g of brazil nuts (soaked in water overnight) - 8-9 dl (27-30 oz) water - 3 dates (pitt removed, you could also use a little agave or maple syrup) - 1 tsp vanilla sugar - a pinch of salt Mix all the ingredients together and blend well (1-2 minutes). Then strain using a nut milk bag (I don't have one of those has I can't be bothered to clean it so I used a fine mesh strainer instead)👌 Store in an air tight bottle 🍼 Save the pulp to use in baking 😉
