Tangerine Treats

Chocolate covered tangerines

Ingredients

  • 4 tangerines
  • 100 grams dark chocolate (3.5 oz)
  • 1-2 tbsp desiccated coconut (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Peel the tangerine and split them into it's small individual pieces.

  2. Melt some dark vegan chocolate and dip the tangerine pieces into the melted chocolate so that it covers about half the tangerine piece.

  3. After dipping the tangerine pieces in the chocolate lay them on a piece of parchment paper. If you wish you can sprinkle them with some desiccated chocolate.

  4. Let the chocolate harden/solitify before serving them or adding them to a container for storage. Store in the fridge.
